 3 student activists arrested for riots in northeast Delhi in 2020 get bail 

Delhi High Court slams police for ‘casually’ invoking anti-terror law, says ‘right to protest’ not same as terrorist activity 

The delhi riots happened in protest to the CAA. The protests turned violent quickly. But should our youth be arrested everytime they protest? Is disapproval of a bill a terrorist activity? Must our executive put university students into jail for a year because they exercised their right to speech? Was this the only way to simmer down the violence? Oppression is putting people behind bars to make sure no one hears them. Governance is listening  and having talk with the public for whom laws are made. Only 3 activists got bail , the others are still in dingy cells waiting for governance to pull them out of opression. I don’t think this government does governance.
