Several states complain of shortage and inability to cater to the demand 

Vaccination in many states is all but negligible due to the lack of supply from the Union. Majority of media outlets are not broadcasting this intel either because of fear or bias. Sedition charges against anyone who voices their opinion against the government are at an all-time high. BJP has clouded over the media and only allows advantageous news to pour through. 60% reduction in vaccination is a substantial fall.
