Central Vista ruling by Delhi High Court NewZ

Central Vista project essential, of public importance: Delhi HC

Court dismisses plea against work on Central Vista and imposes a fine of 1 Lakh on petitioners Anya Malhotra and Sohail Hashmi

This is one of those cases where the judiciary is being influenced by the government because I get that they can dismiss the petition but there was no reason to impose that big of a fine or even a fine at all. This fine was to quite any further protests from people against the Central Vista project but the petitioners have filed another petition in the Supreme Court. We as citizens of this country have the right to ask our government questions and also advice them not to do a project at that particular time. This petition was made in good mind as all these fundings going to the central vista project can help majoryly in the Covid-19 issue India is facing. We do not need a new place for the PM and central ministers to live , the Parliament might be. necessary but other things in the central vista are not. This country right now needs all it’s focus on how to end covid not on building new 20 Crore projects.

  1. Mr. Modi has many dreams to fulfill making India great isn't one. He wants a new house, a lavished plane (which is actually costlier than that of American president) ,a suit worth 10 lakh rupee every single day and at last he wants to be a dictator......
