Starvation in Myanmar NewZ

UN rapporteur on human rights warned of mass starvation deaths in Myanmar

In the wake of fight between rebel groups and Janta forces Myanmar has been in chaos and its economy is paralyzed

In update famous civilian leader Aung San Suu Kyi has been charged with corruption and protests against this verdict of Myanmar military can be sighted throughout the nation. I know her from my GK books. There was this picture of her in the sidelines with a statement about her at the bottom , stating she was a Nobel Peace prize winner and a diplomatic leader from Myanmar. I didn’t get what actually led to her becoming such an important figure back then. Maybe I still don’t, but I do know that Myanmar needs help. This military rule and abduction of civilian leaders based on made up cases needs to stop. It might even be a real case but that’s besides the point here. The population of Myanmar has been tiring themselves fighting against tyrant rules for many years. They need salvation. They need outside help to solve this. People are dying time and time again fighting for democracy and the world is not giving them a hand because it’s an “internal issue”. The UN was made to solve these issues. It’s been going on for long enough without intervention.
